@mbutterick I advocate for FP and Lisps at every opportunity! Whenever I get asked “which programming language should I learn?” I recommend HtDP and DrRacket. (It’s even a part of my email sig (http://leo.ist) I interviewed Emmanuel Schanzer about Bootstrap a few years ago, https://twit.tv/shows/triangulation/episodes/196. I’m afraid most people think I’m a crank and go ahead and learn Python, Java, or JS anyway. It’s probably time to get @mflatt on a show, though.
