Hmm, with regard to continuations, I don’t expect that the Slack is unrepresentative of Racket discussions. I suspect the discussions are unrepresentative of the usage.

Even if a feature is only used in a few places by a few people, a lot of people might want to understand it to know whether they should be using it too. Continuations take a while to understand, and most places they’re useful turn out to be behind the scenes of systems that someone’s built already, so I think it’s likely that a lot more people are learning about them than using them at any given time.
