Are there issues when using raco pkg migrate <from-version> when the “from” version is a typical install, and the “to” version is built from a fork of racket ? raco pkg migrate... failed for me, but I actually don’t recall if I’ve used it before between two “normal” installations. I may have always manually installed packages. If I recall correctly, it failed when trying to migrate frog, and I installed frog by cloning the repo and then raco pkg install <local path to frog>

Oh, another complicating factor is changing major versions from 7.9 to 8.0 - maybe that’s the issue?
