Hi I am having some trouble with my dr racket

I have to use 7.9 for a uni course and its a 50/50 to crash when i run any of my programs

and it will only open when i go to its install location and run as admin

ive tried reinstalling and deleting all the config files and reinstalling and rebooting my pc

im on windows 10 64bit

it doesnt popup with an error the window just dissappears
