I changed the Makefile in racket/src/cs to not have --unsafe and to enable backtraces

Welp, now https://snapshot.racket-lang.org/ci-snapshots/ lists only CS and no BC

I can’t look at it now but I am certain it is related to the changes @samth recently pushed.

Those who got BC yesterday, can get CS today… :slightly_smiling_face:
