The main reason is because i have another issue with Nautilus currently not mounting sftp as a folder which prevents me from opening remote files in my local drracket, so ssh+remote emacs in terminal is a good backup.

Nice. Why sftp though?

I’m assuming soem remote development scenario but I would have thought of smb
