In general I don’t think “upvoting” is a useful thing here. That would be a good thing to have, and probably there’s a bunch of work to do to make it work.

Honestly, I’d just be happy if the tab control was always present. I hate waiting for DrRacket to launch, and then waiting even longer when I open a 2nd file for the UI to update w/ a new control, etc.
Likewise, I wish the “error” status bar would auto-close itself when there was no more error present.
