Is there any way to make DrRacket scroll as smooth as Sublime Text?

There is not a ‘smooth scrolling’ configuration option, I think some users have luck by changing their UI manager settings? Maybe dpi? Sorry I’m not much help.

Current DrRacket editor scrolls line by line. Sublime Text scrolls continuously like Slack and browser.

I tried text% in gui-lib, it also scrolls line by line, and it seems there is no option to change this behavior.

Is it a problem?

(Genuine question - line scrolling doesn’t bother me but I recognise it might be significant for other people)
