All have paid developer teams. We are all volunteers here. If it’s something you were interested in working on I’m sure it would be an interesting project.

I honestly don’t know how much work it would be.

Investigating what would need to be done to implement this would be a good start and an interesting project.

Another option is to look at writing or improving Racket support in other IDE’s. I’m pretty sure all the ones you mentioned have an extension mechanism (VSC & sublimetext do - I don’t know about android studio or Xcode?)
