In DrRacket, a student reports that they are seeing the lines of text slanted (characters slowly drifting below the baseline from left to right). This is on Windows with 4K monitor and 150% scale, but not with 100% scale. Has anyone had or not had that experience, so I can see whether to get more information before filing a github issue.

@gfb I have a 4K monitor attached to my work laptop which is Win10. DrRacket looks fine at 100%, 125%, 150%, 200%.
