I bound it to shift-f5 but of course you can easily change it. Unfortunately it can’t override the f5 binding.

Total freeze-up happened to me several times yesterday on Win10 including during a presentation (fortunately to a small audience). Needed to use Task Manager to kill DrRacket. No idea what caused it, I wasn’t doing anything unusual. I got what I needed done after restarting DrRacket.
