Currently using a Dell xps 13" with Manjaro and Gnome. Other than a few apps that don’t handle high dpi (like Gitter), I have had no issues. Nothing to setup in terms of drivers and such. It just works.

Yep. Battery is not as good as my MacBook Air. But other than that is a superb machine. And thanks to the touchscreen I run most of the time with the touchpad off (like being in heaven). A couple of gnome extensions (no hot corner and the one that disables the on screen keyboard) are needed, but that is gnome being annoying

I’ve thought about the XPS, too.
