On Windows in DrRacket there is a plus sign to the right of the last tab.

Clicking it has no effect. Was it meant to make a new tab?

I don’t see the plus sign on macOS.

@soegaard2 I just tried clicking on the + on Racket 8.4 (Win10). Same thing, as in, same nothing. Maybe it fires missiles. I can’t prove it’s not doing that. Oh wait, I probably could. I just have to find the place in the source before more missiles [might] launch. (I must have missiles on my mind, all my friends in Ukraine are either under missile attack or are refugees. :disappointed: )
