This sounds rather vague though. If I were new to Lisp that wouldn’t really convince me and even with the background I have, I don’t understand what you mean. :slightly_smiling_face: Can you give more concrete examples?

but if i was trying to convince a lisp user of lisp. i would say that serious engineering requires clear representations of knowledge that can be conveyed in a language with consistent models of computation and, that lisp is inherently well suited to those ends and, so is a good choice for solving engineering challenges.
