I reviewed 14 papers, of which one review is outstanding total.

And I know of 3 others, with 0 outstanding

So I guess that means Francois asked for more reviews

Should we hope he went out of his way for find reviewers who will rate themselves X?

I think it’s possible that at least 1 was previously assigned and is just late

and therefore there’s nothing we can predict about their expertise

but probably at least 1 was requested as an additional expert

although not everyone with expertise will rate themselves X

particularly since our paper draws on multiple areas of expertise
