@ccshan We don’t know what the AEC process will be like. They may or may not ask us questions to which those are reasonable answers. I agree that we should fix them and regenerate for the final version. But also that we should investigate the slowdown.

I hope we agree about regenerating the plots for the final paper. Can we push patches to the repository now?
