I just used the bootstrap-run.rkt to get a single linklet for "(module a racket/base 1)", i.e. ran it with -x, and it complains that we don’t have "#%read" in the runtime, and of course some of the internals in racket/base (e.g. …/private/for.rkt) need that

any ideas?
