On this subject: My fiance and I host events at our home. We have space for 20 people, with a large enough TV to use for presentations. We’ve been talking about hosting casual Racket meetups to let attendees present their work and discuss community topics. This is near Atlanta, GA. I don’t expect there are many local Racketeers, but if there’s enough interest I’m sure we can work out accomodating travelers.

We have other venue options if the crowd’s big enough.
