I’m skeptical of 3200+ as a Scheme file count, but roughly equal parts Scheme and Racket sounds plausible when the bootstrapped “.scm” files are included for Scheme. I count 343k lines of “.rkt”, 168k lines of “.ss”, and 230k lines of derived “.scm”.
