Yes, IIRC there was a bug in the textual macro stepper that would have been nearly impossible to work around.

Yeah. It happens when I zoom out the page and scroll past the end of the page (which will make the page bounce back). This is on Google Chrome.
Correction: I think it happens even without zooming out and page bouncing

Just trying to make sure Racket CS works on everything I have, spanning 7 version of the OS and all four architectures (well, running 32-bit x86 on 64-bit OSes that are so old that only 32-bit Racket is supported). Each of those was my main machine at some point over the past 15 years.
