Dark pattern is certainly possible. It was from http://tennis.com\|tennis.com . Sounds innocent but they are apparently connected to Sinclair Broadcast Group.

Very random question I know, but does anybody know where to find a useful definition of a cons list, for scholarly purposes? In my current work, I make a reference to cons lists, but it’s not a field where people will necessarily know what that means so I would like to include a reference. So far, even the things I have found for a linked list don’t really provide enough detail for the most part.
