I believe one would have to compile oneself a 64-bit readline 5.0. I found a 64-bit readline 8.0, which doesn’t work with rash-repl.exe. So I had to resort to installing Racket 8.0 BC and compile rash-repl.exe 32-bit. That worked. (It’s easy to find a 32-bit readline 5.0.) [Oh, for the record, there is no edit.dll library included in Racket 8.0 BC.]
