Hi folks. Still weighing this stuff in my mind a bit. Had a recent move & two kitty adoptions to contend with. I’m still planning on working on the standalone project, and feedback is much welcome about that.

As far as the archive and displaying and such goes, I’m (personally) really on board with sam’s proposal (https://racket.slack.com/archives/C024AHJ6214/p1623248634005800). My tentative proposal on top of that would be to add filtering (at site-generation-time) support to the archive viewer, and coordinate with the core team to maintain an archive site/host the zips privately/apply the “privacy list.” In addition, I would want to make sure there are (in at least a few places) a couple of convenient paths for users to indicate (a) Please don’t display any of my content or (b) Please don’t display this specific message. I’m still in favor of a “welcome message” when folks join that indicates that the archive exists and what the opt-out paths are.
